Abbaye de St. Bon Chien Swiss Ale de Garde is a renowned Swiss barrel-aged sour ale from Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes, known for its complexity from fermentation with wild yeasts and aging for at least one year in oak barrels, offering notes of red wine, balsamic, oak, vanilla, and fruit with a unique sweet-tart balance.  This is a limited edition (brewed in 2021) sipper beer with a silky texture.
