Ardennes Belgian Stout is brewed with Abbey Ale yeast, Pilsner, Crystal, Chocolate, Roasted Barley and Special B grain, and Chinook and East Kent Goldings hops.  This near-black ale has  aromas of dark chocolate, toffee and roasted coffee.  The malty-rich flavor includes notes of dark fruit and dusty cocoa with a dry and lingering finish. This style will appeal to those who enjoy malt-forward and roasty beer styles.

Seafood, mussels, creamy sauces, roasted game
