Ardennes Dubbel, Grand Cru Belgian Style Ale is brewed with Pilsner, aromatic, biscuit, caramunich, and Special B hops, Abbey Ale Yeast, and Chinook and East Kent Golding hops, along with dark candi syrup.  Inspired by the beers brewed by Trappist monks, this full-bodied ale pours a medium chestnut color with fruity aromas of dates.  The malty rich flavor includes hints of caramel and finishes with well rounded bitterness.  Brewed with a variety of Belgian malts, Dubbel is Ardennes’ most awarded beer and has become a favorite both for Belgian-style fans as well as customers new to abbey styles.
