Ardennes Raspberry Sour is brewed with Pilsner and wheat grains, Chico Ale yeast, and Chinook Hops.  Aroma and flavors of ripe summer fruit. This refreshing ale finishes with a balance of fruity sweetness and a delightful sour pop.  It is brewed using a traditional kettle-souring method, thus the body is light and includes lively carbonation.  Raspberry Sour finishes dry and crisp.

As part of Ardennes Avante Garde seasonal and experimental series, Raspberry Sour is very approachable for customers new to craft beer and craft cider drinkers.  Beer enthusiasts will enjoy its refreshingly balanced use of fruit and sourness.  Featured on the label is one of Ardennes’ mascots – Hops reminds us that being bold and sassy is part of life’s adventures.
