• Chimay Blue (ABV 9%) has a creamy head and a fragrance of fresh yeast and roasted malt. Considered to be the "classic" Chimay ale, it exhibits a considerable depth of fruity, peppery character (including hints of plum, raisin and nutmeg). Top fermented and refermented in the bottle, Chimay Blue (Grande Reserve) can be aged for upwards of fifteen years. 11.2 oz (capped) bottles.
  
  
• Chimay Red (ABV 7%) has a creamy head and a light, fruity aroma. Flavors of caramel, apricot and roasted spice are tempered by a refreshing, lightly bitter astringency. Top fermented and refermented in the bottle, Chimay Red (Premiere) ages well and can be cellared for at least five years while maintaining quality. 11.2 oz (capped) bottles.
  
  
• Chimay Cent Cinquante (Green) (ABV 10%) is a strong, sophisticated and refreshing blond ale, with a balanced flavor and a floral fragrance, combined with hints of dried fruit and spices. The exceptional yeast isolated by Father Theodore, combined with the purity of the highly protected water of the abbey's wells, gives Chimay its unique richness. 11.2 oz (capped) bottle.
  
  
• Chimay White (ABV 8%) is a hazy light orange; its fine head complements an aroma of fresh hops and yeast. Its flavor combines a touch of hoppy bitterness with notes of cloves and raisins. Top fermented and refermented in the bottle, Chimay White (Cinq Cents) ages well and can be cellared for at least five years while maintaining quality. 11.2 oz (capped) bottle.
