Cuvée des Trolls (ABV 7%) was created in 2000 in the tanks of microbrewery Le Brasse-Temps, which was established in Louvain-la-Neuve by Brasserie Dubuisson. Unfiltered with a natural cloud, it is produced using only yeast, malt, hops, sugar and water. Thanks to the addition of dried orange peel during the boiling process, Cuvée des Trolls has pleasant fruity aromas which are in beautiful harmony with its delicate, fully rounded taste. 11.2 oz. bottle.
“Delicate and delicious. Lightly sweet and very well balanced. Retains its brisk feel quite well. Remarkably easy to drink and has very little aftertaste apart from light wheat notes. It is a lightly expressive Ale that is a nice everyday beer and it is lightly hopped for its style. It is very good.” Reviewed by LesDewitt44 from Minnesota on BeerAdvocate.com (12/9/23)

Brewery Information:
The Dubuisson Brewery was founded in 1769 by Joseph Leroy in Pipaix, a hamlet in the Wallonian region of Belgium, as a farm brewery after an imperial decree ending tax exemptions closed aristocratic breweries in the region including the estate where he was employed at the time.
More than a century and a half later, his heirs (through the female line), brothers Alfred and Amedee Dubuisson, decided to cease all commercial farming and concentrate fully on the brewery business.
Today the Dubuisson Brewery, still family owned and operated and one of the oldest and most respected independent breweries in Belgium, exports superior quality ales to at least twenty countries including the USA, Australia, France, Chile, and Vietnam.
