Green's Gluten Free Dry-Hopped Lager (ABV 4.1%) is produced from all gluten free ingredients -- water, millet, buckwheat (soba), brown rice, sorghum, hops, and yeast -- by De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium for Green's in the UK. It's dry-hopped with West Coast USA hops for an appealing floral finish.

Pale golden in color, the nose is a mix of citrus-floral aroma sensations. Clean with a crisp, light malt taste, but with an herbal, hoppy finish. Body and mouthfeel are light and refreshing.

Food Pairings: Gluten-free pizza, hearty soups & stews made from gluten-free ingredients, and with your favorite sporting event. Try Dry-Hopper Lager with burgers or bratwurst off the grill.

Now in our second round of tasting

Now in our second round of tasting, it is hard to imagine any of these will not be a five or close. This was not our favorite the first time around but ascended after this tasting. Like each of the product line, the ale was balanced and rich. In this case we appreciated the delicacy, the cinnamon tones and the curiously dry finish.

I like the beer from previous experiences

I like the beer from previous experiences, but it was disappointing I didn't get to enjoy it on vacation. The delivery did not occur at our vacation location until the day we were leaving, which was 11 days after I ordered it. Maybe it is my fault but I also didn't realize I was paying $5.50 per beer for total of $22 dollars for 4 beers. I don't think I will be ordering it again for delivery, but if I see it in a store I will consider purchasing some more.
