This beer is handcrafted with a unique blend of Bobec, Goldings and Cascade hops to create a golden ale with a subtle hint of lemon.

Trooper Day of the Dead Stout (ABV 4.5%) celebrates the afterlife with this dark mysterious stout. With chocolate, coffee and roasted malt notes, this full-bodied and deeply satisfying liquid delivers the perfect balance of after bitterness from roasted and peppery hops married to a hint of sweetness on the tongue. Trooper Red ‘N’ Black Porter (ABV 6.8%) is named after a song on the Iron Maiden album, “The Book of Souls.” It is a dark and deceptively delicious porter beer that is made with a blend of chocolate and crystal malts to give the beer a full-bodied feel. The special Robinson’s yeast rounds out the beer with a hint of licorice and honey for a warm and inviting experience.  It uses Venture malt and Goldings, Cascade and Styrian Golding hops.
