Blasphemy is a barrel-aged Belgian style Quad from Savant/Weyerbacher.  Aging in bourbon whiskey barrels from Buffalo Trace Distillery imparts elegant oak, vanilla and whiskey notes.  This complements the Quad’s rich and flavorful base.  2025 Blasphemy was aged in freshly emptied oak bourbon barrels.

Brewery Information:

Weyerbacher Brewing, located in Easton, Pennsylvania was founded in a livery stable downtown in 1995.  Eventually they outgrew that space and moved to the 30,000 sq. ft. facility they have now.  Predominantly known for Belgian Style ales, they also have an extensive barrel aging program, producing Riserva and Insanity.  They have also dabbled in lower ABV beers.
